Okitsu Kazuyuki (興津和幸, March 8, 1980 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) born in Awaji Island, Hyougo Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from Hyougo Kenritsu Sumoto Koutougakkou and afterwards went to the Osaka University of Arts where he graduated from the Department of Art. After graduation he started a career as voice actor and joined RME, where he was affiliated with until October, 2006. Afterwards he was for a short time freelance before joining Kekke Corporation in May 2007.
