Ootomo Ryuuzaburou (大友龍三郎, May 18, 1952 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu), actor and narrator born in Tokyo, Japan. He previously belonged to Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyou), 81 Produce and Aoni Production.

He is best known for the roles in Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go!! (as Doctor Oogami), Digimon Adventure (as Myotismon), Mahoujin Guru Guru (as the second voice of Lord Giri), Dragon Ball Z (as Dabra), Mirai Sentai Timeranger (as Don Dornelo) and One Piece (as Sir Crocodile).
