Mitsuya Yuuji (三ツ矢雄二, October 18, 1954 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu), actor, sound director, and musician born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with and the representing director of his own agency, Mitsuya Project.
As a voice actor, he specializes in male characters who speak exaggerated female language (so-called onee language), but he also plays various roles regardless of age or personality, from serious characters to stupid characters. He is also active as a director, screenwriter, and writer. He wrote and directed the stage version of the Mizuiro Jidai musical and the Shoujo Kakumei Utena musical. He also wrote the Prince of Tennis musical.
He was known as an "onee" character in variety shows, but he has referred to his actual sexuality as a "gray zone". He maintained this vagueness because "I have an older brother who works for a company, and I thought that it would be a nuisance to my brother if something was said at the company, so until my brother retired. It was intended to be a little vague." However, he confessed that he was gay when he appeared on TV Tokyo's "じっくり聞いタロウ〜スター近況（秘）報告〜" broadcast on January 13, 2017. He choose this time because his brother had retired at that point.
