Masamune Issei (政宗一成, December 2, 1948 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) and narrator born in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan.
After serving as a director of the Tokyo Actor's Life Cooperative (Haikyo), he was one of the seven founders of Sigma Seven. He spent 8 years as Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Sigma Seven. In 1997, he established Munku (夢吽空) independently, serving as the representative director and president. On June 1, 2011, Masamune transferred the capital of his personal office to the newly established Masamune Issei Office (政宗一成Office).
As of December 2, 2018, he left the Japan Actors Union and withdrew from the television and radio industry. Currently, he is mainly active in producing and selling books, reading CDs, etc., and distributing them on the Internet.
