BIO

When he was in 5th grade elementary school, he was in the play “Gamba no Daibouken” at the school arts festival, but had some trouble and fell off the stage during performance. However, when his successful landing was praised by teachers and parents, this became one of the reasons why he wanted to get into acting.

Afterwards at his integrated middle and high school, he joined the theatre club for 3 years, where most of the members were female. The seniors from this club told him that he “lived the role,” which left a deep impression on him.

In his first year of high school, he decided to aim to be a seiyuu, but his parents strongly opposed it. However, they eventually gave into his enthusiastic persuasion on the condition that they will not pay the tuition for his seiyuu training. For this reason, he got a part-time job to earn money to pay for the Pro-Fit seiyuu training. At this time, his father said “It would’ve been better if we had supported our child,” so he still respects his father even now.

He made his professional debut in the 2011 radio drama, “AKIBA’S TRIP,” where he played a mob character. He made his seiyuu debut in the 2012 anime “Ano Natsu de Matteru,” where he played Student C. He got his first leading role in the 2013 anime, “Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet,” where he played Ledo.
