Ishihara Eriko (石原絵理子, May 16, 1983 - ) is a former Japanese voice actress and adult video model born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She was a member of 81 Produce between 2000 and 2004 when she was forced to retire from voice acting following a scandal after her side-career as adult video model surfaced.

Ishihara entered the voice training school of 81 Produce in 2000 and made her professional debut in 2002, appearing in children's anime, Wagamama Fairy Mirumo de Pon! and Tottoko Hamtarou. In 2004 she was cast as the main heroine in the anime adaptation of the popular PS2 visual novel Kita e and also a heroine in the Memories Off: Sorekara visual novel and anime OVA. However, her career, which had been carefully developed and nurtured by her talent agency until then, saw a sudden turn in August 2004. Following a revelation on the 2ch BBS, sports newspaper Tokyo Sports published an article about a voice actress named I.E. from a major talent agency appearing in bargain sale adult videos.

It turned out that Ishihara had appeared under the name Usada Hikaru (うさだひかる) in several adult videos in 2002-2003 for Moodyz, four of them in only half a year. Although she initially claimed that Usada Hikaru was another person, the Weekly Post and even the Shuukan Bunshun, which seldomly posts articles on such matters, continued to investigate, going as far as to publish Ishihara's name. Experts were asked to analyse the profile picture and came to the conclusion, that it was with a hundred per cent chance the same person.

Representants of 81 Produce and Moodyz then held a meeting together. Uppon seeing Ishihara the Moodyz staff confirmed that she was the same person as Usada, which was further confirmed when comparing the respective contracts. Because of her breach of contract and socially not accepted conduct she was thereafter dismissed by 81 Produce and her contract with Moodyz was cancelled as well, both in October 2004. With that her career in both fields was effectively finished.

Following the scandal Moodyz paid an estimated 8 million yen compensation to 81 Produce. Ishihara herself paid an estimated 2 million yen for breach of contract, and filed for personal bankruptcy at Tokyo District Court, returning afterwards to her parent's place.
