This template is used to add the proper categories to Seiyuu pages. Any unused parameters can be removed.

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Output
|Agency=	The name of the agency the seiyuu belongs to.	[[Category:Agency Name]]
|Freelance=	Use this parameter instead of |Agency= when the seiyuu is working freelance. Only need to enter yes	Category:Freelance
|Former 1= - |Former 5=	If the seiyuu has moved around from agency to agency up to five of their prior agencies can be added using these parameters. Just input the agency name.	[[Category: Former Agency Name]]
|Retired=	If the seiyuu is retired but still alive. Only need to enter yes. Include the seiyuu's final agency in |Agency= to include the seiyuu in the former agency category automatically.	Category:Retired seiyuu
|Deceased=	If the seiyuu has passed away. Only need to enter yes. Include the seiyuu's final agency in |Agency= to include the seiyuu in the former agency category automatically.	Category:Deceased seiyuu
|Birth month=	This is a hidden category but please include the seiyuu's birth month here	[[Category:Seiyuu birth month-MONTH]]

If the Seiyuu doesn't belong to an agency or isn't working freelance please leave both parameters blank so that the Category:Unlisted will be automatically used.

Template parameters

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Agency Name	Agency	The name of the agency the seiyuu belongs to in romaji. Example 81 Produce	String	optional
Freelance	Feelance	If the seiyuu is working freelance instead of with an agency. Suggested values yes	String	optional
Former 1-5	Former 1 - 5	If the seiyuu has moved from one agency to another use these paramters to include them as former agency categories. Up to five are supported. Example Mausu Promotion	String	optional
Retired	Retired	If the seiyuu is retired but still alive. Suggested values yes	String	optional
Deceased	Deceased	If the seiyuu has passed away. Suggested values yes	String	optional
Birth Month	Birth month	The month of the seiyuu's birth. Example January	String	required
