Futamata Issei (二又一成, March 15, 1955 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) and narrator born in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. He is currently affiliated with Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyo). In 2013 he married voice actress Kiriyama Tomoka (桐山智花) and on July 3, 2014 they had their first child.

He is most known for the roles of Godai Yuusaku (Maison Ikkoku), Chibi (Urusei Yatsura), Kiyoshi Shusse (High School! Kimengumi), Kinkotsuman (Kinnikuman) and Saburou (Sazae-san).
