Shimizu Toshitaka (清水敏孝, December 15, 1968 - November 1, 2003) was a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) and actor born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He was affiliated with Mausu Promotion at the time of his death.

He committed suicide on November 1, 2003, at the age of 34. He is best known for dubbing over the voice of Eddy in the Cartoon Network program Ed, Edd n Eddy. After his death, seiyuu Takagi Wataru took over this role.
