This template or it's shortcut {{Cni}} is used to format the catalog number in CD infoboxes. Unnamed or named paramters may be used. If a parameter needs to be skipped then named or numbered parameters should be used.

Types of Editions

These should be typed in just as they appear in the Input list. Regular should never be used because it is added automatically for all but the LE Only option. For Limited Edition, and Animate Limited Edition, the Catalog Numbers only need to be entered in the proper spots and the first parameter is not needed. Generally if there is only a regular edition then this template probably doesn't need to be used, but it can be by just putting the Catalog Number in the first parameter.

Input	Description
LE Only	For CDs with only a Limited Edition. Use named parameters or leave the second parameter blank for this one to work properly.
RP	For CDs with Reprints. Use named parameters or leave the third and fourth parameters blank for this one to work properly.
RR	For CDs with Re-Releases that have a different catalog number than the original. This uses the |Reprint= parameter, just has a different displayed label.
other	When the labels need to be changed from their default values. |labels= must be used, which tells how many labels up to 3 are to be used. |6=, |7=, and |8= are for the entry of the new labels. See the Examples for how to use this one.
SP	When the 'Limited Edition' is called Special Edition.
LE, RP	For CDs with Limited Edition and Reprint. Honestly this one probably will never be used, but just in case it is included.
LE, AnimateLE, RP	For CDs with Limited Edition, Animate Limited Edition and Reprint. Honestly this one probably will never be used, but just in case it is included.
AnimateLE, RP	For CDs with Animate Limited Edition and Reprints. Honestly this one probably will never be used, but just in case it is included.
LE, RR	For CDs with Limited Editions and Re-Releases. Honestly this one probably will never be used, but just in case it is included.
