Takahashi Keiichi (高橋圭一, June 23, 1972 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu), narrator, singer, voice trainer, and entrepreneur born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is working freelance and presides over the voice actor music group CERASUS VOCALIST WORKS. In April 2016, he established ARTEMIZE Co., Ltd and in May 2019, he opened "YOKOHAMA SHIELD", a completely non-smoking cafe/bar in front of Yokohama Tanmachi Station.
