Takagi Reiko (高木礼子, November 26, 1973 - ) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyuu) and narrator born in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She previously belonged to Arts Vision and is currently affiliated with Sigma Seven.

She is an identical twin and only her family can distinguish her from her sister. She also has some difficult when recording because of her short stature and the usual placement of the microphone.
