Volcano Oota (ボルケーノ太田, January 2, 1971 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) born in Tokyo, Japan. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production.

He worked for Bandai, mainly planning and developing toys for boys. In 1997, when he was in charge of developing toys for "GeGeGe no Kitaro", he appeared as a youkai in the animated movie "ゲゲゲの鬼太郎 おばけナイター". While working at Bandai he did voice work on the side. He became a full time voice actor, at the age of 44, after retiring from Bandai.
