Riya Narukawa is a high school freshman with a tremendous talent for the violin, and an equally large bag of mental issues. He seems to have a split personality. After injuring his own hand to compromise his playing ability, he winds up on the doorstep of college student Atsushi Ikeda. Atsushi's a nice guy, maybe too nice and generous. He takes Riya in for the night and helps him with his hand injury. Atsushi realizes there is much more Riya than is on the surface, and learns just how difficult Riya's life actually is. Not only does he have a personality disorder, but there's an aggressive senior at his school who has his eye on him. Atsushi becomes a sort of safe haven for Riya, an escape from the life of music he's been bound to. (From June Manga)

{{font color|red|'''Note:'''}} If there are only a few cast memebers, like 2 or 3 then don't use the {{tl|Cast Listing}} template.

{{bi|{{fc|red|After the Infobox and before the first header include the {{tl|Collapsed toc}} template.}} }}
The {{code|Synopsis}} section is where both the English, if it exists, and the Japanese summary are entered. The English summary should be first, followed by {{code|2}} line breaks then the Japanese summary. Use limited formatting on the text. To give credit for the English summary use {{tl|Baka-Updates}}, if it comes from the Baka-Updates website or {{tl|Source}} if it comes from anywhere else. You can find more information about both templates on their respective template pages.

The next section is the <code>==Track Listing===</code>. I've found the easiest way to do a single cd is to use an ''ordered list''. If the cd has more than one disc then please use the <code><nowiki><Tabs></nowiki></code> tags.
The {{code|Cast}} section is where the cast listing for the CD will go. Use the {{tl|Cast listing}} template here. For the actual cast names use the {{tl|Cast listing entry}} or {{tls|cle}} shortcut. Visit both template documentation pages for more information on how to use them. If a cast member plays more than one character, put a {{tl|Jdot}} between the name of each character. If for whatever reason you need to include an {{code|{{=}}}} then you must write it as <nowiki>{{=}}</nowiki>. If the CD only has a few cast members, less than 4, then don't use the {{tls|Cast listing}} template, but still use the {{tls|Cast listing entry}} template with bullets. The {{tls|Cast listing entry}} template also works when seiyuu are using aliases.

If the CD is based on an {{code|Original}} or {{code|Game}} then you can include this section {{fcb|red|after}} the '''Synopsis''' and {{fcb|red|before}} the '''Cast''' sections. The formatting for this section is fairly unique so the {{tl|Character profile}} template was created to make sure the profiles are uniform across the wiki. Visit the template page for instructions on how to use it.

This section is followed by <code>==Tokuten CD==</code> section. If there are multiple {{font color|orange|''Tokuten CDs''}} then feel free to use <code>Tabs</code> for each one.
== Track lists and final sections ==
In the {{code|Track Listing}} section. Use the {{tl|Track list}} or it's shortcut {{tl|Tlist}} template. If the CD has more than one disc then use the {{tag|Tabber}} tags with an single instance of the {{tls|Track list}} template inside each tab. Visit the template documention on how to use it.

Then lastly you have the <code>==External Links==</code> Section. In the external links please include links to the categories for the Mangaka, Author, Illustrator, Company, source material (aka Manga, Novel, Game, or Original Scenario); as well as the Year of release, first letter of the title. If they use a {{font color|green|Dummy Head Mic}} please add that category. If the cast ise using {{font color|green|Aliases}} please add that category also. Lastly, if the CD is {{font color|red|part of a series}} please include a <code><nowiki>[[Category:Series Name]]</nowiki></code> before the <code>Drama CD</code> category label.
The second to last section will be the {{code|Tokuten CD/s}} section. This section is only for media such as mini drama cds and talk cds. Use the {{tl|Tokuten}} template in this section. If there are multiple {{fc|orange|''Tokuten CDs''}} then use the {{tag|Tabber}} tags with a single instance of the {{tls|Tokuten}} template inside each tab. Visit the template page for more information on how to use it.

The last section is the {{code|External Links}} list. To add the external links use the, {{tl|Amazon}}, {{tl|Animate}}, and {{tl|Company link}} templates. Visit their respective template documentation pages to learn how to use them. Only use them if there is a webpage available on the website. After the external links include {{tl|CD nav|Drama}}. Use the {{tl|Drama categories}} template to add all the necessary categories for the CD. Check the template page for explanation on how to use the template.

Romaji Names
All Romaji names should be in the Family Name First Name order.

This page is to help make sure all the Drama CD pages are consistant and if you have any questions or suggestions please share them with us here.

  • At the bottom of this page is a complete mock up of how a Drama CD page should look. Someday I may make a template out of it, but I sort of doubt it.

Message boxes

If the CD page is a new release or future release with very little information then put {{Drama current}} and {{Drama future}} after the infobox but before the {{Collapsed toc}}, respectively. Both of these templates automatically add the hidden Drama ReCheck category.

About infoboxes

The infobox should always be at the top of the page.

{{Infobox Drama CD}} is the template to use for all Drama CD pages. I've included the code here but you can find more info on how to use it at the template page, including how to format each entry. Make sure to read the information provided there. If you have any questions though, feel free to ask an admin for help.

Synopsis and Cast listing

After the Infobox and before the first header include the {{Collapsed toc}} template.

The Synopsis section is where both the English, if it exists, and the Japanese summary are entered. The English summary should be first, followed by 2 line breaks then the Japanese summary. Use limited formatting on the text. To give credit for the English summary use {{Baka-Updates}}, if it comes from the Baka-Updates website or {{Source}} if it comes from anywhere else. You can find more information about both templates on their respective template pages.

The Cast section is where the cast listing for the CD will go. Use the {{Cast listing}} template here. For the actual cast names use the {{Cast listing entry}} or {{cle}} shortcut. Visit both template documentation pages for more information on how to use them. If a cast member plays more than one character, put a {{Jdot}} between the name of each character. If for whatever reason you need to include an = then you must write it as {{=}}. If the CD only has a few cast members, less than 4, then don't use the {{Cast listing}} template, but still use the {{Cast listing entry}} template with bullets. The {{Cast listing entry}} template also works when seiyuu are using aliases.

Special section: Character profile

If the CD is based on an Original or Game then you can include this section after the Synopsis and before the Cast sections. The formatting for this section is fairly unique so the {{Character profile}} template was created to make sure the profiles are uniform across the wiki. Visit the template page for instructions on how to use it.

Track lists and final sections

In the Track Listing section. Use the {{Track list}} or it's shortcut {{Tlist}} template. If the CD has more than one disc then use the <Tabber>...</Tabber> tags with an single instance of the {{Track list}} template inside each tab. Visit the template documention on how to use it.

The second to last section will be the Tokuten CD/s section. This section is only for media such as mini drama cds and talk cds. Use the {{Tokuten}} template in this section. If there are multiple Tokuten CDs then use the <Tabber>...</Tabber> tags with a single instance of the {{Tokuten}} template inside each tab. Visit the template page for more information on how to use it.

The last section is the External Links list. To add the external links use the, {{Amazon}}, {{Animate}}, and {{Company link}} templates. Visit their respective template documentation pages to learn how to use them. Only use them if there is a webpage available on the website. After the external links include {{CD nav}}. Use the {{Drama categories}} template to add all the necessary categories for the CD. Check the template page for explanation on how to use the template.

Tracking

At the moment we do not have tracking categories for Drama CDs but they will more than likely be added in the future.

Empty mock-up

All level 2 headers should be written in sentence case not title case. An example of this is Track listing
