Mitsuishi Kotono (三石琴乃, December 8, 1967 - ) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyuu), narrator, and stage actress born in Tokyo, Japan. She previously belonged to Arts Vision but is currently working freelance.

As a young girl, she lived in Nagareyama, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She graduated from high school in 1986 and entered the Katsuta Seiyuu Academy. While attending the academy, she began working part time as a lift operator in the Sunshine 60 building. Afterward, she found a position as a pink-collar worker, but because of taking too much time off, she was forced to quit.

In 1989, Mitsuishi made her seiyuu debut as Tomoyo in Ace o Nerae! Final Stage. She became an instant celebrity with her role as Tsukino Usagi when Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon debuted in 1992, and her popularity increased again with her role as Katsuragi Misato in Shinseiki Evangelion. She is considered one of the most influential seiyuu in the business; the animated adaptation of Oruchuban Ebichu was largely produced because of her interest in the project.
