Seki Tomokazu (関智一, September 8, 1972 - ) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu), stage actor, singer, and manga author born in Koto, Tokyo, Japan. From his debut until 2000, he was a part of the Tokyo Actor’s Consumer’s Cooperative Society. He then switched to Atomic Monkey, the agency which he co-founded and is the head of.

He had a lot of exposure to theatre and film as a child and felt he wanted to become an actor. However, he didn’t think he could become a performer who shows his face so he made up his mind to become a seiyuu.

He started his career at age 16. He did 5 years of voice acting school before getting his first role at age 21. His seiyuu debut was the role of a farmer in the dub of the foreign anime “Reporter Bruce” in 1991. In 1993, he got his first regular role as Tomache Massarik in “Mobile Suit Victory Gundam.”

In 2010, he starred in Namikawa Daisuke’s live-action film “Wonderful World.” Before this, he launched his own theatrical company, Gekidan Herohero Q Company, for which he himself sometimes writes scenarios and makes guest appearances for other theatre companies. He also was active in the 3-person drama unit “Sannin no kai” with Yamaguchi Kappei and Takagi Wataru. He is also a special lecturer at Japan New Art College.

In 2014, he was in charge of the direction and the screenplay of the live performance, “Ultraman Legend Stage.”
