The protagonist "Shin" who's a freelancer jack-of-all-trades in a mercantile nation "Diamente" is also an escort of the Diamente King and was participating in the "Meeting of The Four Countries" where the kings of the four major powers meet together. However, during the meeting one of the kings was attacked by a mysterious man. Furthermore, the man assaulted Shin who was present there. The suspected Shin was taken to the Vastunie's capital city "Spell Lead" as a reference to the incident.
