This is a template for use on Reading CD pages. The purpose of this template is to display the features of the CD at a glance.

==Usage==
When using it, copy the text below and paste it at the beginning of each Reading CD page. For each item, enter only the items that have information. Do {{font color|red|'''not'''}} delete the items that do not have information, leave them as they are.

;English Translation : The English translation of the title.
;Based On : What the source material for the CD is. Please enter one of these four options: <code>Manga</code>, <code>Novel</code>, <code>Game</code>, <code>Original Scenerio</code>
;Mangaka : If the source material is a '''Manga''', please enter the Mangaka's name here in the format <code><nowiki>[[:Category:Name Romanji|Name Romanji (Name Kanji)]]</nowiki></code>. Please leave <code>Author</code>, <code>Scenarist</code> and <code>Illustrator</code> blank in this case.
